What You’ll Do

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and creative Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining responsive, high-performance websites and web applications. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create exceptional user experiences and contribute to our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using modern web technologies and best practices.
Front-End Development: Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Back-End Development: Develop server-side applications and integrate with databases. Work with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby.
Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional web solutions.
Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure they function correctly and efficiently across different devices and browsers.
Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed and performance, including improving load times and enhancing user experience.
Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the health of websites and web applications, addressing any issues or bugs promptly.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.

What we need

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3 years of experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role. Experience with both front-end and back-end development is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with web development tools and practices (e.g., responsive design, SEO, performance optimization).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Creativity: A strong sense of design and user experience, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging web experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
Knowledge of web security best practices and experience with secure coding techniques.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
