What You’ll Do
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients. Tailor proposals to meet client needs and address their pain points.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to inform business development strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners. Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.

What we need
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
