What You’ll Do

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated AI and Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. You will work on cutting-edge projects, contributing to innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex problems and improve decision-making processes.
Data Analysis: Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
Algorithm Design: Develop and optimize algorithms for various AI applications, including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply new techniques and technologies to improve model performance.
Testing and Validation: Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for models, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

What we need

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
Experience: 4 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field. Experience with deep learning and AI systems is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Mathematical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mathematical concepts, including linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
Data Management: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying machine learning models.
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
